Dog people since 2000
Country Dogs is owned and run by Karen Newsham, who has worked with pets and their families for more than 25 years. It started in 2000 with Happy Tails, a home pet-care service for Clinton and the surrounding towns. In 2012 Country Dogs opened in Bolton as a country-style daycare and pet boutique, and outgrew the building within two years.
Today we're at 625 Main Street in Clinton, focused on what we love most: professional grooming and a shoppe full of things we'd buy for our own dogs. Karen is still here every day, and every dog on our wall of fame is one we've gotten to know by name.
